D'Ario_et_al_2021_wt_fbl17_mutant_images

This dataset contains images of wild-type (Col) and <i>fbl17</i> mutant Arabidopsis shoot apical meristems. These images have been used to study how cell cycle progression is coordinated with cell growth in plants. The images have been segmented in three dimensions and tracked in time course experiments; cell volumes and position in the meristem have been measured. The metadata, landmark coordinates and measurement tables are included in the dataset. The details of plant material, imaging methods and processing steps are described in the associated manuscript.
