We identified that mutations in meiotic genes dsb-2, htp-3, and spo-11 accelerated the rate of aging of the organims. In order to determine mechanisms responsible for this phenotype we conducted an RNA sequencing experiment to identify potential pathways. Comparison of adult day 1 whole worm NGS-derived transcriptomic profiles of AV157 spo-11(me44), TY4986 htp-3(y428), AV477 dsb-2(me96) animals to N2(WT) animals. For each strain, three biological replicates were collected.
