资源简介:
The project focuses on the development of anoxic soil microcosm supplemented with inorganic fertilizers (NPK) and organic rice straw. These amendments or stress factors may transform the overall microbial diversity and density as well as predicted functional metabolism of the community. It can also affect the influx and efflux of gases like methane. The basic understanding about the role of these artificially induced factors and their optimization is highly necessary to predict the sustainable wetland ecology regarding functional metabolism such as methanogenesis due to anoxic conditions.
