Amplicon sequecing of a NICCD-related mutation on 138 genes

To determine the NICCD-related mutations on all 138 genes, multiplex PCR primers were designed and amplicon sequencing were conducated. All variations were detected with plugin of Ion torrent S5 sequencer, and two diease-caused mutation on gene SLC25A13 were identified.
