资源简介:
These binary files contain musculoskeletal simulation results from an analysis using the AnyBody Modeling System and the AnyBody Managed Model Repository to investigate possible offloading of the body from two types of conceptually designed exoskeletons. The files contain full kinematics and kinetics for the entire body.
noexo.anydata.h5: This is the baseline analysis with no exoskeleton added to the model
kneereac.anydata.h5: This is the case of idealized motors added to the knee joints
kneespring.anydata.h5: This is the case of the idealized motors replaced by torsional springs with optimized stiffness
rodreac.anydata.h5: This is the case of an exoskeleton consisting of two rods connecting the shanks with the torso and idealized linear actuators in the rods.
rodspring.anydata.h5: The case of the idealized linear actuators in the rods replaced by passive, linear springs with optimal stiffness.
As the filenames indicate, data are stored in binary files on the standardized hd5 format, which can be read by common tools such as Matlab or Python's h5py package. Data are organized in a tree structure that can be browsed with the aforementioned software. The branches and leaves have relatively decriptive names, but please notice that reaction forces may not be in anatomical coordinate systems, unless you focus on the branch named SelectedOutput.
