<b>Raw data (soil + plant)</b> records data on ​<b>​soil chemical properties​</b>​ (organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus, available potassium), ​<b>​microbial biomass​</b>​ (microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass nitrogen, microbial biomass phosphorus), and ​<b>​plant growth indicators​</b>​ (plant height, root length, aboveground biomass, belowground biomass, root-shoot ratio).<b>Raw data ( Fungi )</b> records the distribution data of all ​<b>​fungal Amplicon Sequence Variants (ASV)​</b>​ for all samples.
