Long-range interactions of ribososomal DNA (rDNA) identified by 4C-seq in mouse wildtype, premalignant and malignant Eµ-Myc cells and tissue culture adapated Eµ-Myc-shUbtf and Eµ-Myc-LMP (empty vector) cells. Overall design: We performed 4C-seq in mouse wildtype, premalignant and malignant cells primary preB Eµ-Myc cells and tissue culture adapated Eµ-Myc-shUbtf and Eµ-Myc-LMP. For this we used multiple bait primers across the rDNA and identified long-range interactions in 5000bp windows. The interaction frequency, represented as read counts per window, was compared between wt, prem and mal cells and only interactions also identified in Eµ-Myc-shUbtf and Eµ-Myc-LMP used for further analysis.
