资源简介:
The goal of the experiment is to evaluate the role of reward expectation on decision-making. Two animals (Macaca mulatta; subject 1 and subject 2; 9-10 Kg, 8 years and 10-11 Kg, 10 years respectively) have been trained to perform a modified version of the reaching stop-signal task in which the motor decision was influenced by the information provided by visual cues presented at the beginning of each trial. We recorded behavioral data (arm reaction times and performance) together with neural data. Neural recording was obtained from multielectrode arrays (n = 96 channels) chronically implanted in the dorsal premotor area and processed for single unit extraction. The dataset could also be used to investigate the interactions between motor inhibition and reward computation throughout various decision-making processes.
