In order to achieve large Angle and wide range nuclear physics measurement, we built a silicon detector array.After the construction, the geometric efficiency of the array was evaluated. The geometric efficiency was obtained based on GEANT4 simulation, which was obtained by measuring the 14N particles in α. and the same conditions were considered in the simulation.The experimental data were obtained from RIBLL1 beam terminal of the Institute of Modern Physics in 2021 and analyzed using ROOT platform. The beam is 14N with 36 MeV energy.The main reactiion is 14N-α elastic scattering.
