We performed micro array analysis in order to evaluate the effect of LXR623 on gene expression in colon cancer cells (HCT116). Overall design: HCT116 cells were treated with 20 uM of LXR623 or 0.1 % DMSO for neganitve control. After 24 hrs treatment, total RNA was isolated amd analyzed.
