The molecular mechanism of lncRNA involving oocyte differentiation from GV to MⅡ stage had been investigated in the study, and it is expected to extend the knowledge of lncRNA-mediated regulation connected to oocyte fate determination in ovarian development In present study, the GV stage oocytes isolated from Chinese local sheep, and MⅡ oocytes derived from cumulus oocyte complexes (COCs) for in vitro mature were sequence respectively. Through RNA data analysis, the lncRNAs and coding genes were identified, also the co-expression and cis-regulation analysis were implemented with differentially expressed lncRNAs (DELs) and genes (DEGs) to explore the regulatory network involving oocytes differentiated transition from GV to MⅡ period.
