资源简介:
Positive self-view refers to the tendency of holding favorable beliefs and evaluations to themselves and prioritizing positive aspects of themselves during information processing. Although concepts related to positive self-view—such as self-esteem, core self-evaluations, and optimistic self-beliefs—have been extensively studied, the relationships among different measurements remain insufficiently characterized. Here, we present a dataset designed to measure the positive self-view through multiple instruments. The dataset includes item-level and trial-level data from 771 adult participants (503 of them have valid data for all items), who completed 12 self-report questionnaires and three behavioral tasks. In total, 161 items of positive self-view were derived, covering subjective self-evaluations and bias in self-related information-processing. Moreover, dataset included scales that measure the well-being related outcomes: depression, anxiety, subjective well-being, and procrastination, allowing researchers to explore the effect of positive self-view. Together, this dataset provides a valuable resource for investigating of the construct of positive self-view and examining of the relationship between positive self-view and well-being.
