High-throughput sequencing analysis of the gene expression regulated by Rhox6 knockdown in mouse embryonic stem cells

Purpose:The goals of this study is to analyze the candidate genes motified by Rhox6 knockdown to promote the mouse embryonic stem cell (ESC) self-renewal through High-throughput sequencing. 46C mouse ESCs infected with Scramble control and Rhox6 shRNA lentiviruses and cultured in serum-containing medium for 24h were collected by using Trizol. Two repeat groups were set for each treatment group. These samples were sent to MajorBIO (Shanghai, China) company to do deep sequencing by using illumina Hiseq.
