mean_omission_response_df_running_events.h5

dataframe containing the average response for all neurons in the dataset following unexpected stimulus omissions, separated into omission trials where the mouse was running or stationary. Additional metadata includes the mean response in a 500ms window after omission onset, the fraction of trials with a significant response for that condition, the transgenic mouse line used, and the visual area, depth and image set for each recorded neuron. Responses are reported as deconvolved calcium events in a [-3, 3] second window around the omission time.
