Endophytes associated with Prosopis species

This project analyzes the microbial diversity within Prosopis species, such as Prosopis juliflora and Prosopis cineraria in the UAE, focusing on endophytic bacteria in seeds, nodules, and stems. Key microbial communities were identified, with Proteobacteria being the dominant group. The sequences provide insights into the microbial composition and structure across different plant tissues, helping to understand microbial diversity and the potential functional roles of endophytes in promoting plant health, especially under stress conditions like salinity and drought.
