资源简介：
用于记录退役士兵申请办理组织关系转接事项信息，包括事项申请信息，当前办理进度，办理结果等内容。当前汇聚数据仅包含2022年9月1号后通过“退役士兵一件事”系统办理相关业务的数据，不包括线下办理业务的人员信息。
This dataset is designed to record information related to applications for organizational relationship transfer submitted by discharged soldiers, including application details, current processing progress, processing results and other relevant contents. Currently, the aggregated data only covers records of relevant services handled through the "Discharged Soldier One-Stop Service" system after September 1, 2022, excluding the information of personnel who have handled related matters offline.
