The goal of this study is to reveal how neddylation deficiency in tumor help revert interferon resistance and boost anti-PD1 efficacy. Murine breast cancer tumor cell line EO771 with JAK2 knockout (KO) +/- NEDD8 KO was subcutaneously injected into 16 C57BL/6NTac mice (8 mice per cell line). Starting on day 17 post-tumor inoculation, mice were treated with intraperitoneal anti-PD-1 or IgG2a isotype control. On day 24, whole tumors were extracted and sequenced.
