This dataset investigates the direct impacts of the selected environmental and health factors on consumers' intention to purchase organic food products regularly, alongside their influence on the TPB variables. Additionally, it assesses the direct effects of the TPB variables on consumers' intent to regularly purchase organic food. Second, it analyzes the indirect effects of consumers’ concerns and knowledge about the environment, as well as their health status and health consciousness on their intent to regularly purchase organic food, mediated by the TPB variables. SPSS dataset, AMOS file for SEM analysis is provided.
