Data and code for manuscript: "Distinct antero-posterior and medio-lateral gait responses to wholebody vibration during treadmill walking: displacement as the dominant predictor"

Five folders are shared, containing all the code and experimental data needed to reproduce all the results in the manuscripts. 1) SpatioTempData. Contains all the data of step frequency, step length, phase timing and step width for all trials. 2) Code_Step_frequency Contains code for analysis of step frequency 3) Code_Step_length Contains code for analysis of step length 4) Code_Phase_timing Contains code for analysis of phase timing 5) Code_Step_width Contains code for analysis of step width For the data folder, the data are in the ‘.mat’ format, the native MATLAB data format. These data files can be opened by MATLAB, python, or Octave. For the code folders, you need MATLAB to run the code or a free software like Octave. The file that starts with 'root...' can be run to produce results.
