VPRS 14514 Photographs, Negatives and Slides [Education History Unit]

The photographs in this series were accumulated by the Education History Unit (EHU) of the Department of Education and Training. They depict schools, school students, teachers, educational activities and other education-related subject-matter.The vast majority of these images is black and white, however the size, mounting and quality of the photographs varies considerably.Commonly the file titles are the names of schools depicted in the photographs. Other file titles appear to have been taken from "Australian Thesaurus of Education Descriptors", a copy of which is in VPRS 14581 Administration Files of Education History Unit Photograph and Negative Collection [Photographic Office Files].
