资源简介:
Chromatin profiling strategies (ATACseq and Cut&Run) coupled with transcriptomic analysis of palmitic acid adapted hormone receptor negative breast cancer cells and mouse tumors derived from chow/HFD-fed mice identified a mechanistic connection between obesity and postmenopausal hormone receptor negative breast cancer. Samples in the presented study includes human hormone receptor negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cell line that adapted to a palmitic acid - rich environment and its corresponding parental control cells. E0771 tumor samples from chow/HFD-fed mice. E0771 ClonTracer barcoding tumor samples from chow/HFD-fed mice. RNAseq and ATACseq samples were sequenced on Illumina Hiseq 4000. Cut&Run and barcoding samples were sequenced on Illumina MiSeq.
