A retrospective analysis was conducted on specimens from 278 patients diagnosed with acute or chronic infections between July 2019 and July 2020. They were divided into infected (n=217) and non-infected groups (n=61) according to their final diagnosis. All of them were detected by sequencing and clinical conventional methods. The detection efficiency, antibiotic exposure, factors affecting infection detection, and false positives in the non-infected group were analyzed.
