Human keratinocyte transcriptome response to KLK5 and KLK7

To determine how KLK5 and KLK7 can impact keratinocyte responses we treated human primary keratinocytes with recombinant KLK5 and KLK7 for 4 hours. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Primary keratinocytes (Gibco, C-020-5C) were cultured in basal medium and treated with recombinant and active KLK5 (6 µg/mL), KLK7 ( 5 µg/mL) and an inhibitory antibody against KLK5 and KLK7 (180 µg/mL).
