Fecal metabolomic study in patients with choledocholithiasis concurrent with cholangitis

Metabolites associated with the gut microbiota play an important role in the pathogenesis of choledocholithiasis concurrent with cholangitis (CC). This study aims to characterize the fecal metabolite profile of CC patients and to investigate the correlation and balance within the gut cross-domain network.
