Human endothelial cells stimulated with dengue virus non-structural protein 1

we report the changes in the transcriptome of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECS) after exposure to a recombinant purified soluble form of dengue virus non-structural protein 1 (NS1) Overall design: HUVECs in gelatin coated cell culture plates were mantained in growth media until confluent. The purified NS1 protein was then added to the plate wells for stimulation for 4 hrs in regular incubation conditions.
