RNA-seq analysis during low temperature germination in rice. Oryza sativa Japonica Group

The aim of this project is to identify the genes involved in rice germination under low temperature conditions. The Portuguese rice variety 'Arroz da Terra' shows a superior ability to germinate at low temperatures. We performed RNA-seq analysis of seeds during the germination process under both normal and low temperature conditions using 'Arroz da Terra' and a japonica variety that is not good at low temperature germination.
