We conducted CUT&Tag assay using anti-histone H3K27ac Ab for HCC827 human lung adenocarcinoma cell line harvoring EGFR mutation with or wihtout AZD9291, EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), to demonstrate that oncogenic EGFR signal induces histone H3K27 acetylation near chemokine gene cluster of CXCL9, 10 and 11, leading to the epigenetic silencing of these chemokine genes.
