Gene expression of KYSE150 cells and CAFs in coculture system

KYSE150 cells and CAFs were cocultured in transwell apparatus with 0.4 μm pore size. In different groups, KYSE150 cells or CAFs plated in the lower chamber were collected for gene expression analysis using Agilent SurePrint G3 Human Gene Expression v3 (8×60K). Investigation of the critical gene participating the crosstalk between ESCC cells and cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs). We designed this experiment to screen for gene whose expressions participate the crosstalk between ESCC cells and cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs).
