To explore genes and pathways that were differently regulated in the progression of diabetic nephrology in different gender mice, we performed RNA-seq of kidney from BTBRob/ob (diabetic nephrology) mice and wild type (WT) mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different gender groups. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for male BTRTob/ob mice, male WT mcie, female BTRTob/ob mice and female WT mice .
