Forsythia suspensa Transcriptome or Gene expression

Forsythia suspensa is an important ornamental, ecological, and medicinal plant.Stem rot is one of the primary diseases of forsythia and lead to reduced production of forsythia fruit.This study aimed to identify (i) the pathogenesis mechanism of stem rot caused by Phomopsis velata, and (ii) the immune response mechanisms of forsythia.Our study provides a theoretical basis for the control of stem rot in forsythia.
