Code and Source Data for "DiCoLo: Integration-free and cluster-free detection of localized differential gene co-expression in single-cell data"

This repository contains the R code and associated intermediate data used to generate Figures 2–4 in the manuscript “DiCoLo: Integration-free and cluster-free detection of localized differential gene co-expression in single-cell data” The analysis code is provided in DiCoLo_figure_code.Rmd, which reproduces Figures2-4 in the paper. The DiCoLo_data/ folder includes all required input files (e.g., .rds, .csv) for running the code and reproducing the results.
