To investigate the spatial distribution of different cell types within the tumor microenvironment in PDAC, we performed Visium spatial transcriptomics (10X Genomics) on FFPE samples from five treatment-naïve PDAC patient tissues. Visium spatial transcriptomics (10X Genomics) was performed on FFPE tissues following the Visium Spatial Gene Expression protocol (CG000407). Sequencing was conducted on a NextSeq 2000 (Illumina).
