To reveal the metabolic pathway of OsCAD2 involved in the immune process against rice blast disease. 3-week-old WT or oscad2 plants infected with conidia of M.oryzae (Y34) for 24 h were collected and used for total RNA extraction. Transcriptome deep sequencing was performed with three biological replicates for material. cDNA library construction and RNA sequencing analyses were performed by Novogene Company (China).
