The aim of this study was to measure effect of BCG vaccination or contained Mtb infection (CoMTB) on the expression profile of pulmonary immune cells. Mice were vaccinated sub-cutaneously with BCG-Pasteur (1e6 CFU), or inoculated in the dermis of the ear with H37Rv (1e4 CFU) and allowed to rest for 8 weeks. Pulmonary immune cells were isolate by bronchoalveolar lavage and analyzed by single-cll RNA-sequencing.
