Kriseninterventionen in der Team-Supervision – Methoden und Modelle im Integrativen Verfahren Crisis Intervention in Team-Supervision – methods and models in the approach of Integrative Therapie and Supervision

Teamsupervision ist ein bisher wenig besprochenes und beforschtes Themenfeld. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden Modelle des Integrativen Verfahrens (u.a. Ko-respondenzmodell, Noxen/Schädigungen, Coping/Creating) genutzt um Krisenprozesse in Teams zu verdeutlichen. Die supervisorische Beziehung, das Integrative Ressourcenkonzept, PRP sowie die Integrative Lerntheorie wurden genutzt um Methoden der Krisenintervention und -prävention zu entwickeln. Team supervision is right now a little discussed and little explored topic. This graduate thesis uses the models of the Integrative School (Correspondance Model, causes of disease, Coping/Creating) to illustrate crisis processes in teams.
