For housing cost burden, the CDC measures occupied housing units with annual incomes below $75,000 that spend 30% or more of their income on housing. At the Block Group level, income-specific data is unavailable, so this dataset includes all occupied housing units spending 30% or more of household income on housing, including households earning more than $75,000. Group Quarters data is also unavailable at the Block Group level.
