Here we determine the impact upon the loss of M66 dsRNA alone and both L-A-66 along with M66 on the host S. paradoxus transcriptional changes. In Pet [L+M-] and [L-M-] cells we have found 941 and 651 differently expressed genes (DEGs), respectively. In total, there were 1234 and 535 DEGs in Spo [L+M-] and [L-M-] cells, respectively.
