Determine effect of chemical sanitisers (electrolysed water, peroxyacetic acid + hydrogen peroxide, bromochlorodimethylhydantoin) on the microbial community of leafy green vegetables (LGV) at harvest and during storage in bags at 4.5 +/-0.5 C for 12 days. LGVs tested include mizuna, arugula (rocket), spinach and red chard.
