Nutrient and pathogen export in midwestern watersheds spanning a land use gradient

This dataset accompanies the Vincent et al. research article in Science of the Total Environment. We document dissolved nutrient and pathogen (E. coli) concentrations and yields across three agricultural sub watersheds in the Paw Paw River Basin in Michigan, USA. Our analysis demonstrates that the water quality signature varies across the temporal seasons, suggesting drivers of nutrient and E. coli export differ.
