Bulk mRNAseq in control and Cnp-Cre_RelA cKO mouse spinal cords

We sequenced mRNA extracted from the cerebral cortices including hippocampi of mice at postnatal day 14 (P14) and compared the gene expression levels between the control group and the RelA conditional knockout (Cnp-Cre; RelA cKO) group. Overall design: At P14, mRNA was extracted from the cerebral cortices including hippocampi of three control mice and three RelA cKO mice. The extracted mRNA was sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform to generate mRNA expression profiles.
