This study firstly reveal the causal association between GGPS1 and LUSC. Furthermore, the abnormally high expression of GGPS1 in LUSC, as well as association with poor prognosis in LUSC, and the interplay with oncogenic factors in the tumor microenvironment. Finally, targeting GGPS1 enhanced the extracellular matrix related pathway while supressed cell proliferation and DNA replication.
