Profiling of metastatic and recurrent head and neck squamous cell cancer cell lines

RNA sequencing and exome sequencing of cell lines derived from head and neck squamous cell cancer cell lines with matched recurrent and/or metastatic cell lines. There are 3 patients with primary tumor and matched recurrence cell lines, 3 patients with primary tumor and matched metastasis cell lines and 1 patient with matched recurrence and metastases (7 patients and 15 samples altogether). The goal of the study is to unravel the molecular events underlying the recurrence and the metastatic progression of head and neck cancers.
