Microbial sequencing of cecal chyme in mice

This project takes the cecal chyme of mice as the research object. Through cutting-edge microbial sequencing technology, it deeply analyzes the types, abundances, and functional characteristics of microorganisms in the cecal chyme. The study will collect samples of cecal chyme from mice in different physiological states. High-throughput sequencing techniques will be used to determine the genomic sequences of microorganisms in the samples. Through bioinformatics analysis, microbial community structure maps will be constructed to explore the differences in community composition and identify key microbial groups and their metabolic pathways that are closely related to the physiological metabolism of the host and the occurrence and development of diseases. The research results will help reveal the interaction mechanisms between gut microbiota and the host, providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of gut-related diseases, the development of novel microecological preparations, and scientific dietary guidance.
