针对粉体甲醇SCR脱硝催化剂的制备,采用水热合成制备、以及各种分析表征手段,纪录了FER分子筛催化剂的制备方法、结构特征、脱硝性能及抗硫抗碱性能。具有B酸和L酸酸对的FER分子筛表现出很高的甲醇-SCR脱硝活性,其脱硝效率与钒基氧化物催化剂的脱硝性能相当,并且具有较好的水热稳定性与耐硫性能。

Focusing on the preparation of powdered methanol SCR denitration catalysts, this dataset documents the preparation protocols, structural features, denitration performance, as well as sulfur and alkali resistance of FER zeolite catalysts. These catalysts were synthesized via hydrothermal method and characterized using a variety of analytical techniques. The FER zeolite with paired Brønsted and Lewis acid sites demonstrates excellent methanol-SCR denitration activity, whose denitration efficiency is comparable to that of vanadium-based oxide catalysts, and it also exhibits favorable hydrothermal stability and sulfur tolerance.
