数据时间范围为1955-2016年，空间上分布于太平洋、大西洋、印度洋和北冰洋等海域，数据集按照十度方区存放，数据采用txt格式存储，数据总量约8万站次。
The temporal coverage of this dataset spans from 1955 to 2016. Spatially, it covers marine areas including the Pacific, Atlantic, Indian and Arctic Oceans. This dataset is stored in units of 10-degree grid zones, with all data saved in TXT format. The total number of station observations is approximately 80,000.
