Scripts and data for figures in ''Generalized Tadmor Conditions and Structure-Preserving Numerical Fluxes for the Compressible Flow of Real Gases''
收藏资源简介:
Data supporting the revised numerical experiments in "Generalized Tadmor Conditions and Structure-Preserving Numerical Fluxes for the Compressible Flow of Real Gases". The revision ZIP contains density-wave convergence and conservation results, inviscid Taylor-Green vortex diagnostics and continued KEEP-S histories, practical-CFL RK4/RRK4 comparisons, computational-cost measurements, and corrected viscous Taylor-Green vortex results. It also includes the saved fields needed for the reported visualizations, final figure assets, run configurations and provenance, and file checksums. The large complete set of 512^3 conservative-state checkpoints is not included; the saved diagnostics, ideal-gas vorticity slice and exact unfiltered Mach-0.3 vorticity volume support the published plots. The companion experiment-sources-2026-10-31.zip in this data record preserves the eight exact Git revisions and optimized source snapshots used by individual experiments. Extract it and the revised data ZIP into the same directory. The separate software record contains one consolidated HelmEOS2 release; the experiment-specific versions are archived here to reproduce the reported runs. reproduction/README.txt and reproduction/FIGURE_MAP.txt identify the source data and reproduction commands for each revised figure and numerical table. The small figure2-original-data.zip contains the four raw isobar datasets and the original plotting script for unchanged Figure 2, copied byte-for-byte from the March 2026 data archive (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18982907), with provenance and checksums. The remaining original data stay available in that earlier record. For numerical results changed in the revision, the new revision ZIP supersedes the original data. Consult the figure map to distinguish current results from historical baselines. Please cite the article and the version-specific code and data records when reusing these results.
