Data and Supporting Records for "Urban Expansion, Vegetation Dynamics and Urban Climate in Tropical Cities: A Systematic Review of Remote Sensing Evidence"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the study-level data and supporting records underlying the systematic review titled “Urban Expansion, Vegetation Dynamics and Urban Climate in Tropical Cities: A Systematic Review of Remote Sensing Evidence.” The systematic review synthesizes empirical remote sensing evidence on urban expansion and vegetation cover dynamics across tropical cities and examines geographic patterns, methodological approaches, vegetation-change outcomes, ecological and climate-related consequences, and methodological quality. The repository contains three supporting files corresponding to the final evidence base of 40 included studies. S1 (Complete Data Extraction Spreadsheet) contains the study-level extraction data, including bibliographic information, study characteristics and locations, remote-sensing methods and sensors, vegetation metrics, temporal design, climate and ecological consequences, extracted quantitative findings, and methodological quality information. S4 (Methodological Quality Assessment Scores) contains study-level scores for the five-criterion appraisal framework, comprising methodological clarity, data adequacy, remote-sensing validity, statistical rigor, and limitation acknowledgment, together with total quality scores. S7 (Screening Log with Exclusion Reasons) documents the study-selection process and reasons for exclusion at the screening and full-text eligibility stages. The dataset supports transparency, reproducibility, and verification of the evidence synthesis reported in the associated systematic review. The files should be interpreted together with the published manuscript, which provides the full review methodology, eligibility criteria, analytical procedures, synthesis, and interpretation. This repository record represents the research data and supporting records associated with the systematic review and is intended to facilitate verification, reproducibility, and responsible reuse of the extracted evidence.
