Yong women aged between 18-21years were recruited and fed with HAMS (25g per day) for a period of 6 weeks) on daiy basis. The effect of intervention was studied at 0,3 and 6 weeks and the sustained effects was studied at 6 weeks and 18-20 weeks post intervention.
