LifeWatch ERIC Metadata Catalogue

The LifeWatch ERIC Metadata Catalogue is a GeoNetwork- based platform for creating, managing and publishing metadata about resources related to biodiversity and ecosystem research. Mainly built on the Ecological Metadata Language 2.2.0, ISO 19139 and European Open Science Cloud standard, it guarantees records are Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR). In doing so, it enables structured and standardised information to be openly available, promoting reuse, sharing, and integration by research communities, policymakers, and other stakeholders.
