This paper introduces "Amlak's Limit Dimension" (H), a novel physical law designed to predict the ultimate penetration depth of a projectile into a target material. The model defines a critical threshold, H, beyond which the material ceases to deform plastically and fails catastrophically. The formula H = (E_p / σ_y) * (ρ_p / ρ_t) * ln(v_i / v_c) incorporates projectile energy, target yield strength, density ratio, and impact velocity. Validation against experimental data shows high accuracy in predicting penetration limits for hypervelocity impacts. This work establishes a new foundational parameter for impact physics.
